Note

32 km walk from Braemar to Ben Avon to a spot on Loch Builg. Walking for 15 hours with stops and set up camp at 1am. It was dark for around 30 minutes only before the sun started to rise around 3am whilst me and Sid finished off the Whisky I had carried around all day.

Note

A short 12km walk from the ski car park on Cairn Gorm mountain up onto Cairn Gorm plateau and then over to the peak of Ben McDui to at Loch Echachan which is a Loch formed from snow melt and I was very cold swimming in my birthday suit.
