After a great week of training in Kefalonia. Tried to run this morning but very tired and in need of a rest day.

Cut short - emergency rest day.

Ride from Lordos to Argostolli to give bikes back.

Hot! Hot ! Hot!
Started steady and picked it up to around 6min/mile.
Temp - 35 degrees.

First two miles with Dom who done well in the sun at 9.48 and 9.20. I then picked it up and smashed the last mile and a bit.

On the gravel path parallel with Kamina beach, my gamin was reading 39 degrees this afternoon, amazing to run in such extremes.

Out and back along the beach path in Kefalonia in the heat of the afternoon. Feeling good but very hot!

Started at 7.20 - picked it up to 5.55.

Run down hill and back up. Lots of climb.

Hilly ride around Kefalonia from lordosis to Xi beach and back.

Run down to Lordos beach, some strides along the front and a struggle back to the apartment up the hill. Feeling strong though.

Run along to the naturist beach, a mid section of naked barefoot running which felt fantastic and then clothes back on for the rest of the run.
