Track session with Will Mycroft. He ran just under 15minutes for a 2.95 mile relay in Hyde Park last week so knew he was in good shape. I fitted in for most of his session.

Steady run with the dirty milers group. Feeling good considering I did a session earlier. Most of the Uni lads were talking about how they are going to try to convince Andy H to stay in Sheffield. Great to run with people today, the uni lads have got a great group together with good team spirit and camaraderie. It's nice to join in with them once in a while.
I've felt really good running today, better than I've felt in a long time. Now full steam ahead to the track season.
