A really poor performance, quite demoralising really. I thought I might run well today, however Parliment Hill can be cruel....and it was.

First three miles I was around 350 and then just switched off, almost to a halt. My fifth mile was 9.40! I crossed the line, not tired in the slightest. My legs, I just couldn't run any quicker than I did. Feeling a bit pissed off.

Home from work, up the hill from Hillsborough to Crooks. Feeling tired in work today, very empty which is unusual for me. Think I might be overdoing it a touch. Collapsing onto the sofa, with a scotch egg and a strong beer is great recovery.

Easy run into work, lovely morning but legs feeling very tired. Really struggled getting out of bed today.

Just about got to the track as the group had finished. We had two very sick patients today and there was no chance of getting out on time.

Didn't want to push to hard with Nationals and feeling tired. At the same time I couldn't have ran this session any quicker this evening.

Managed to get off at a reasonable hour so joined in Keiths circuit session on the way home, however was still 25 minutes late.

After circuits did a little bit of jogging with andy and then 4 x 60m strides + 4 x 200m with Connor (31,30,30,31).
