Very tough session, worked extremely hard and had a dizziness from a session that I haven't had in a while.
Feeling strong tonight. I guess after sixteen and a half hours solid sleep post nights I should!
Glad to be finished with night shifts for quite a few months now.

Next week I am lucky enough to have two days of sports Medicine with Simon Till and Rebecca Robinson which I am really looking forward too!
