Station to work. Leg feeling fine, no stiffness or discomfort today which is promising.

The snow was falling thick and fast, we don’t get weather like this too often. I headed out and wanted to push my calf a bit further today, to my surprise I didn’t stiffen or cramp up like I have previously when trying longer runs. It was a thoroughly enjoyable run and I was pleased that the calf seemed ok, but it is only one run and don’t want to get too excited.

Again, very, very hard work! Listened to Kano's new album.

Climb over at the works, feeling stronger. Included some press-ups, pull ups, calf raises and dynamic kettle bell lunges at the end.

From work to station - calf tight but not painful.

East run out and back along Fulwood road. Managed about 10 minutes before calf cramped up slightly - felt like I shouldn't do any more today. No pain afterwards on walking and the usual tests.

Tough session, managing to get heart rate to almost Max by the end. Followed by 100 press-ups.

Run along Fulwood road and down to the park. Calf tightened up slightly towards the end of the run. Walked up the hill and then ran another mile.
