15 second improvement on a few weeks ago which is good. Felt comfortable until the start of the second lap which required some concentration so that I didn't fall off too much, managed to maintain a good last mile into the finish and was working very hard by the end. 38 seconds from the time I was at before I got injured which I don't feel I am too far away from. I need to focus of shifting a bit of timber which I'm sure will happen as the miles increase steadily.

Easy shake out in the rain, legs feeling stiff from this morning.
A killer of a day in work, things are bad at the moment. Several very sick patients and not enough doctors. Anyway that's renal medicine over, I am now moving to ENT for the next four months which is a slightly better 1/8 rather than 1/6 rota so a few more weekends off. Went to the tap for a beer afterwards - much needed.
