First track session this year. I had two aims for this session:
1. Complete the session @ 3km pace
2. Try not to get injured.

I think I may have done number two, purely through being a fool.

I should have ran the session in my flats as opposed to spikes considering it was my first time on the track this year.
I felt my right calf tightening after 5 or 6 (the calf which was injured Jan-Mar this year was the left calf) and should have changed into flames then. Anyway I didn't and on the last rep the right calf started to get very tight, in a similar fashion to how the left one did when that went.

I was able to jog on it afterwards but I could feel it tight. Dom has gave it a rub down and I will see how things are tomorrow, hopefully nothing more than tightness which will resolve, deserves me right for being such an idiot.
