Running 33:17 [3] 4.41 mi (7:33 / mi)
The last few months have been tough in work amongst other things and motivation to run has been low. I'be been drinking to much beer, socialising alot and ballooned from 78kgs to 85kgs. Most of the exercise i'be done has been commuting related on the bike with little of significant intensity. This week I'very managed to get a few runs in, work is settled and life is good. I want to try and string together a few weeks of easy running and then once I'very done that think about the next step. One of my good friends has just hung up his track spikes and has asked me to consider doing the three peaks next year and maybe one of the OMMS next autumn. However, let's just string a few weeks of miles together first.
Pre-nights run, such a nice day couldn't resist getting out for a
few miles.
