Run around Derwent with Phil. A real glorious morning, Dom went swimming at slippery stones. Feeling pretty good, longest run in a while. Got quite a few races planned and I've cancelled a load of work so I have some weekends off and time to enjoy running on days like today.
Race plan:
19th Nov - SYXC 25th Nov - Liverpool XC 3rd Dec - Percy pud (If I can get a number- let me know if you or anyone else have a spare one) 31st Dec - Ribble Valley 6th Jan - Merseyside XC / Yorkshire Xc 27th Jan - Northern XC 24th Feb - National XC 4th March - Trafford 10km 18th March - Wilmslow Half 8th April - ? Manchester Marathon (I will see how training goes between now and Ribble and make a decision in the new year).
Climbing at the foundry 6-8pm - 9 routes and some rolling.

10min threshold (on grass) (roughly 4 mins rest) + Hallam Parkrun
6.18 for the ten min threshold and 18.01 for Parkrun.
Working hard on Parkrun - was good having Mike just ahead as a target, was going to sprint past him at the end but thought I'd let him have this one ;)
First lunchtime run whilst working in 3 1/2 years, got some funny looks from people in the Drs mess - not the done thing for doctors to run at lunch, but hey, I'm working in Rheumatology.
Did the parkrun - ran hard, felt hard but was slow. Lots of work to do!
