Run from Pete’s Eats in Llanberis up the llanberis path to Snowdon Summit and back to Pete’s for a large greasy spoon. Good work uphill and shit descending as always. I do feel as if I am improving ever so slightly on the descents. The PB racers are comfortable but heel slipping out on the steep uphill bits

Run with the Wirral group along The Wirral Way and the beach. A glorious morning with good friends. Following coach JD’s advice of 8x 20s strides mid run with 40seconds of slow jog recovery (no stopping)
