Social jog with Stuart up onto Houndkirk and down to Whirlow. Super slow recovery jogging but enjoyable.

Running 54:29 [3] 7.78 mi (7:00 / mi)

5 x 5mins on Endcliffe (90s) then jog over to Bingham for 5 x hills with jog/walk back.

Feeling pretty good, some life back in the legs. Controlled efforts, working hard but not too hard. Good to have Stuart for company.

Tim Tett's Urban Nights: North Stand

Solid effort. Started at what I thought was 'comfortably hard' but clearly coudn't maintain. Think I've identified another area to work on and that's the solid ten milers and longer threshold runs. Feeling pretty tired tonight, I think still leggy from long run on Sunday. I also haven't actually felt good since I almost killed myself racing at The Yorkshires a few weeks ago.
