Sunday Sep 15 #

10 AM

Running 35:05 [3] 4.6 mi (7:38 / mi)

Easy run from the Wirral, feeling atrocious.
6 PM

Running 51:46 [3] 7.48 mi (6:55 / mi)

Up Porter and down Limb Valley, ankle holding up ok and feeling good tonight. Amazing how you can go from feeling completely dreadful in the morning to sprightly in the evening. Shame to miss the relays but had planned on running Scafell if the ankle issues hadn't got in the way.

Saturday Sep 14 #

9 AM

Running 31:02 [3] 4.3 mi (7:13 / mi)

Grange-over-Sands! What a dull but peaceful place. If I had a granny fetish I would move here. Easy run along the seafront, needed to stop a few times with ankle but smoothed out by the end.

Friday Sep 13 #

Walk with Petya up from Seatoller - Grains Gill- Allen Crags- Glaramara

Petya just about spent by the time we got back to the car. Nice day out - filled my pack up.

Thursday Sep 12 #

5 PM

Running Trail+terrain 1:12:15 [3] 6.51 mi (11:06 / mi)

Easy evening hour after the cloud lifted. A miserable day and feeling rotten. Petya not quite ready for glamping booked us into a hotel overlooking Derwent so I didn't complain. Bumped into Phil whilst contemplating running up Bleaberry Fell before deciding against it.

Wednesday Sep 11 #

Walk up The Old Man of Coniston with Petya. She made it most of the way before stopping for tea - I then ran up the last bit and down again.

Tuesday Sep 10 #

Walk up Ingleborough - nice day out.
8 AM

Running 32:06 [3] 2.4 mi (13:23 / mi)

Up and down the Cove Steps a few times to earn my Derbyshire Breakfast.
6 PM

Running 34:39 [3] 3.73 mi (9:17 / mi)

Easy from around Malham Cove from Beck Hall.

Monday Sep 9 #

8 AM

Running 12:38 [3] 1.58 mi (8:00 / mi)

Post nights death march home.
7 PM

Running 45:29 [3] 4.46 mi (10:12 / mi)

Finished nights and have a week off in The Dales and Lakes with Petya. First holiday together, possibly the last, who knows. Easy run up and around Malham Cove and Tarn to try and wake up a bit before a few nights at the self proclaimed 'worlds most dog friendly hotel'
