Home to Sportsman then DP club run out to Ox Stones - Higger - Callow Bank. Some dodgy route choice last night meant that we spent a lot of the run submerged in braken. I was planning to run home but the allure of the pub won over. Big group out, glorious evening - fish finger butties for tea.
Good session tonight, felt strong an in control. At no point really feeling like I was pushing too hard like last week which nearly killed me. Just about recovered from this weekends cold but still spraying out lots of gunk.
