After not feeling great for the last week or so I didn’t know exactly what to expect today. I suspected I was in around high 33s shape, however an offficial PB of 34:29 is not so bad. Fairly happy and probably a reflection of where I am at.
I’ve put on 3 Kgs in recent months and need to get that back off. Hopefully continued consistency will see me have a good run at the Yorkshire’s next month.
Feeling good at start of first rep but that feeling didn’t last long. Didn’t push the HR too high but feeling generally very tired and lifeless still. I’m hoping that some easy running this week will have me feeling fresh for Sunday.

Up from Three Shires, around Blea Tarn and up Pike of Blisco and back. Very cold and wet up top, everywhere very wet and slippy. I don’t move well when it’s wet and slippy. Nice to be out on the hill for a few hours though. + 10 x 15s hill sprints
