Sunday long run, felt good for the first five miles or so and then started to feel quite heavy and tired with the last couple of miles being a drag. I think the two tough sessions and the addition of a good amount of striding/sprints left me with some fatigue. Need to be a bit careful not to overcook things as runs for me at this pace are like a session at the minute.
