Started track session, did a mile threshold and 4 x 400 but feeling very heavy and fatigued from too much golf (thu/fri/sat/sun/mon)and booze over the Easter weekend + back to back sessions Fri/Sat.

6 miles out and back on Wirral Way, naturally picked up each mile and finished at 6min/miling. Feeling ok.
