Saw Tom again for Graston, explained about how the area of pain had narrowed, he said he wasn't too concerned about it being a true stress fracture since I haven't been running or doing impact things since skiing (except for the two VO2 Max tests), he thinks it has more to so with the muscles and connective tissues, but he still wants to treat it conservatively. Which means no running for right now, keep going in for Graston, and stretching and strengthening the muscles around the shin area.
