Damn, my calf is hurting again. Tried to run through it, but it just got worse. Don't know what to do about it. The plan was to run about an hour, but I cut it short after it started hurting again.
I'm suddenly very concerned about the upcoming Western State Champs and US Champs. As well as the Portland Marathon.
