Olallie Great expectations are not always met. My goal was to PR the 6.5 mile full climb, but two big climbs this week at a really hard pace proved to be too much. Tuesday's fantastic ride and hard effort on over ten miles of climbing at Raging River should have been it for the week. I had some lower back ache, likely from doing too many core exercises yesterday. Note to self: don't do that. HR belt didn't work.
