Redmond/Bridle Trails/DT Bellevue/89th/May Valley. Legs felt OK for endurance pace, but I didn't test them. Time for a DOB. Did weights at Community Center.

I jumped on the bike for a ride to and around Mercer Island this afternoon because we may not have many more sunny days with leaf and moss free roads! After two straight days climbing hills on the MTB, it was almost weird to have a choice as to whether or not to inflict pain upon my legs.

GR RT: PR's on main trail up/down north side/down east spur. Just off PR on climb from north and not trying very hard. Good legs/rode well. Felt suprisingly good considering this is my 8th day in a row on the bike.

I could have used some rest instead of my seventh straight day of riding, but the weather was just too freaking nice for a DOB! Easy CCW ride around Lake Samm.

"Five pack" 132nd on Tiger to loose dog/High Valley/Licorice to top of circle/NG Clubhouse/Lakemont/down Montreaux. Felt suprisingly good after yesterday's MTB ride

Just back from a quick round trip over and back on Grand Ridge. The saddle position change and Tim’s tip to stay in the saddle more have worked some magic. What a blast! Several PR's on damp trail with some mud.

GR RT. Ran into Tim W plus two friends. Legs were tired from 4th pretty solid day in a row. I worked on balance while climbing steep grades slowly. New saddle position feels fantastic-totally changes handling.
