MTB 2:25:00 [3] 21.2 mi (8.8 mph) +4286ft
ahr:117 max:138 weight:146.4lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Olallie 2x: I have the over-under wired. Climbing to the snow-line twice meant navigating two large downed trees eight times (plus four times on Tuesday). I slide the bike under, and I go over. Kinda reminds me of early season backpacking.

Thursday Mar 28 #

MTB 2:45:00 [4] 29.0 mi (10.5 mph) +2897ft
ahr:123 max:151 weight:147.6lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Grand Ridge-Duthie laps. It was good to see Greg and Pat out on the trail. (Lowered three existing KOM's at Duthie)

Wednesday Mar 27 #

Hiking 54:00 [3] 2.9 mi (3.2 mph) +750ft
weight:147.4lbs shoes: Altra Olympus

Squak Mountain alternative outdoor time. I needed a break from lots of hard riding so I went for an easy hike. As soon as I started up the trail, I knew that a DOB was indeed a good idea.

Tuesday Mar 26 #

MTB 1:38:00 [3] 13.9 mi (8.5 mph) +2520ft
ahr:112 max:132 weight:147.4lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Olallie Jolly recon: Climbing to the snow to reminisce about winter? Not hardly! I had a fever...Olallie fever. Based on the snow mini-drift in my usual TH parking spot, I didn't know what to expect. The trail was totally snow-free, until it wasn't. At 2700' elevation, in about 75' the trail went from dirt to unrideable snow about a foot deep. There are two good sized trees down, and a lot of small debris, but overall the trail is in great shape. I went up the first part of the climb a second time, partly to ride long enough to make the trip worthwhile, but mostly to spend more time in the incredibly lush and green forest.

Monday Mar 25 #

MTB 3:49:00 [4] 36.5 mi (9.6 mph) +3935ft
ahr:112 max:142 weight:149lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Grand Ridge RT-Duthie 3x+: Riding with a mild (leg) hangover. I was feeling yesterday's 50m road ride, but that was a good problem to have. In fact, it wasn't even a problem; it was a choice. Mileage, etc, includes yesterday's brake bed-in ride of 2.0m/:13/282'

Sunday Mar 24 #

Cycling 3:00:00 [4] 50.0 mi (16.7 mph) +2602ft
ahr:127 max:149 weight:148.2lbs shoes: SW road 2013

South Lake WA-Mercer Island (flashback to 2009). There are an incredible number of homes for sale on Mercer Island, including one with "Bring Offers" on the for sale sign. I haven't seen that since the Great Recession.
