Friday Apr 9 #

MTB 3:35:00 [4] 37.9 mi (10.6 mph) +4050ft
ahr:129 max:159 weight:145.4lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Grand Ridge RT-Duthie-Soaring Eagle: Just like the 88 best golfers in the world, I played Augusta National today. My Augusta is in my back yard, not in Georgia, but it's in just as perfect condition. Barely 24h after an inch of rain stopped falling, all of the trails were spot on perfect. I love riding Olallie, Tiger, and Raging River, but only when the higher trails are snow free and in good shape. It looked like about 6" of new snow fell at 3000', so it is going to be a while.

Cycling 1:27:00 [3] 25.2 mi (17.4 mph) +680ft
ahr:110 max:138 weight:146.2lbs shoes: SW road 2013

Lake Samm-Marymoor OAB: Motivated to ride or by temptation? I'm always motivated to ride, but wanted to do a short and easy ride today. A planned stop by Krispy Kreme on the way home made the ride more fun. A free vaccination donut doesn't make things "normal," but it's a nice treat. Waited for the warmup and the roads to dry-lots of snow in the mountains last night.

Wednesday Apr 7 #

Walking 40:00 [1] 2.5 mi (3.8 mph) +300ft
weight:146lbs (rest day) shoes: Hoka Clifton 11

Walk Syc-Rainier. Used Solaraze on toe before/after-minimal pain>walk, gone two minutes later

Tuesday Apr 6 #

MTB 3:30:00 [4] 37.9 mi (10.8 mph) +3875ft
ahr:128 max:155 weight:146.6lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Grand Ridge RT-Duthie-Soaring Eagle: Ferrari is in tip-top shape. Recently replaced: rear derailleur/saddle/bottom bracket/shifter/cable-housing/chain/chainring/tires/brake pads, plus fork service including new seals. I no longer get parts at cost, and I could have bought a decent bike for what this stuff cost. With the labor included, maybe I could have bought a junk yard Ferrari:) My motor was not operating like a V-12, but I rode well.

Monday Apr 5 #

Cycling 2:30:00 [3] 40.2 mi (16.1 mph) +2320ft
ahr:118 max:142 weight:146.4lbs shoes: SW road 2013

Medina-Kirkland-Redmond: Blonde and a redhead. The two golden retrievers each had a little gray as well. I doubt that it was the first time the dog owner has heard my comment, but it still put a big smile on his face.

Sunday Apr 4 #

Walking 1:00:00 [1] 4.0 mi (4.0 mph) +300ft
weight:145.6lbs (rest day) shoes: Hoka Clifton 11
