Grand Ridge-Park Pointe: Variable environment. Morning showers followed by spring sun resulted in trails ranging from bone dry to damp, to wet with puddles, sometimes in the space of a few feet. Grand Ridge RT-Duthie-Soaring Eagle: Skills check. I had not ridden the Outer Limits loop at SE since 2019. Despite having a way to go in the fitness department and not riding the loop very hard, I beat my PR I set in 2014. The only possible explanation for going faster is therefore that I am a much better rider:) I like my chances for great riding as my fitness continues to improve into the summer. cE9 RE8 Felt good>two DOB's

Preston OAB-DT-Park Pointe: Bonus weather day but stuck to the plan. I planned on a DOB if the forecast of rain came to fruition, or a short and easy ride if it did not. It's just as well, because my legs were pretty fried from yesterdays hard ride. E5 very tired legs

Grand Ridge RT-Duthie-Soaring Eagle: Summer dry without the summer crowds. Without the summer rock marbles in the corners as well. At Tiger and Raging River there is snow on the trails, and the nasty mud that results from melting snow. At GR, the trails are totally dry. About 90% of the time the trails were mostly deserted, and the rest of the time was still great fun! cE8>8.5 RE 7-8+ Felt better as the ride went on. Great training effect today
