ran green after walking with alicia. mix of a well-defined trailed network, and nearly featureless (to me) terrain. about three times i shot a bearing from a definite spot and just missed (i hope) the control, only to find a catching feature shortly afterwards - gotta get on figuring out that pace counting. last half was much more solid. first green run i've had where i never felt completely, entertainingly lost. had some awesome unwitnessed acrobatics recovering from sliding in the mud, which was fun. only 1.7 bonus miles in this run, too

45 minutes of rushed bouldering. did fairly decently, kept the pace up, less chatting. good times.
