turns out years of neglecting to stretch, warm up, or cool down can have consequences. therapist said i've got tight quads, and slightly tight calves and hamstrings. amusingly flexible hip flexors, though.

first of many boring entries. pretty standard calf/hamstring/quad set. one new one - this guy, just with more forward lean. love it. also, amusingly stark calf flexibility imbalance

hoo boy, it hot. kept up a decent trundle the whole way. don't know what happened on three - i think i stopped to parse four for a second

crazy HR. heat + lack of training = thumpa thumpa. weirdly high after the race, too - I was stretching out, but not that hard!
