oof. mix of good and bad.

1: followed ian
2: mix of independent and following brendan
3: independent, followed + passed by ethan, snuck into the pin before him when he went slightly left
4: independent until i saw brendan and ian clearly leaving four
5: mostly independent with a huge crowd (10ish?) behind me. passed by ethan who mistakenly turned north. and i mistakenly followed him. had my doubts, saw alex heading the other way and turned around. saw the control and dragged the group in
6. stupid way out of the pin put me at the back of the conga line. party bus all the way to the control.
7. ended up with joe, giovanni and a third guy for awhile, then just me and joe.
8. joe and i down the river to the north.
9. easy leg up the hill
10. crampasaurus rex. both hip adductors, right hamstring, innermost muscle of the left quad. deee-lightful. my race was over about a third of the way. walk/hobbled/walk/streched/briefly ran/hobbled walked to 10
11. independently screwed this one up. at a walk
