Knees were a bit 'weak' after all the jumping and burpee push ups. But I love that:.... I ache so much that I can not move my body feeling.

Changed the strings on my racket. It has been a while since I strung a racket. Took me almost 2 hours (while watching TV). I like the new graphite strings.

The change of the seasons is for me, also a change of sports activities. I use to think of it as an opportunity to rotate my injuries. :-)

I spent most of this summer practicing golf. Mainly because I was working out east in New Brunswick and it was cheap to play there. Golf is just too expensive to play in Toronto.

I got a golf membership out east and a serious number of Range Ball Bucket coupons. Unfortunately, even after hitting about 15,000 (fifteen thousand) balls, I still can't play that well. Perhaps I've reached my 'level of incompetence'. The collateral damage is that it took a toll on my fitness level. I attended an Interval Aerobic class today and nearly died. :-(

So… 'Golf is out, let's get back to some serious sports (and training)'
