Snow sports (Skate Skiing) 1:00:00 [3]

Went to Hilton Falls and the trails were OK for skate skiing. Considering that they were icy, and it was my first skate of the season, it was still a lot of fun. Except that... I forgot my gloves and only had a thin pair of driving gloves. It was a unique internal: 5 minutes of skiing followed by 30 seconds of blowing into your hands.

There is snow!

It was fun to run in the snow/ice combination. It was more like constantly trying to regain balance rather than a typical run. Remind me of snowboarding - can't wait to start that again.

What a party last night! These Vendor sponsored events are brutal. Way way too much alcohol. Doing the Gangnam style dance was a dead give way that I drank too much.

A 7 am meeting this morning didn't help. Had to go home for an afternoon sleep today.

New Brunswick is expected about 30 cm of snow tonight. I got my snowshoes and cross country skis all ready to go. Bring it on!! :-)

I was going to do the Body Jam class today. But unfortunately only about 5 people showed up. Dance Aerobic classes are just not the same without the crazy crowd. Instead, I just did weights.

Serious rain here in New Brunswick. It seems that all I see these days. :-(

It has been a terrible week from a workout point of view. Always happens when I travel. I ended up in a hotel without a gym, too much work, too much food, not enough exercise...ya...you know the story. Looking forward to getting back into a routine.
