Ran to Grandville island. The salmon burger was just too tempting- I gave in. :-( Ended up doing a slow run/walk back.

Went for a late evening run. Wet, cold (typical Vancovuer weather) but I was over dressed. I got a cramp around the 30 min mark. The good thing about not being on a treadmill (and having a wife who does not answer her cell phone), is that there is no choice but to tough it out. "no princesses here'. :P
