@ Hilton Falls - too icy and snow too packed for skate skiing.

It was suppose to be a high of +1 today. I think it was +1 for like 2 minutes and I missed it. Man...it was cold - should've dressed better! My fingers were numbed.

I was planning to go to the gym this evening. But just moving things from 1 car to another.... I was soooo cold! The wind was going through my jeans as if I was in the Santa Speedo Run. :P

I wimped out! Spend some time cleaning up and out my basement instead.

Probably too early to do an interval class since Sat. But got a pedometer and wanted to try it out. 7400 steps during that 1 hours of exercise. Movescount Recovery time = 20 hrs (a new high for me).
