Can't do much if you can't bend your knee. Ended up doing some Chinese Ballroom Line Dancing. Off course, they have to pick a routine that required you to bend the knee and flick the heel. :p

Knee is a bit swollen today. I hope it's from the bruising and not an inflection. Coated it with some polysporin ointment.

Have a 2 inch scratch or bruise on my left chest. No idea how that happened.

About 5 km into my run today, I tripped on a piece of garbage, a 15 inch metal ring that was camouflaged in the grass. The net result is a badly scratched and bruised right knee, some scratches on my left arm, and a pulled right chest muscle.
