Keeping the running, more walking really, to slow paces. The right ankle is still a bit stiff but improving everyday. The scab is down to just 1 cm by 1 cm. Knee is still stiff to bend, but I can bend it 90 degrees. Should be able to do a normal speed run tomorrow - I hope.
