Keeping the running, more walking really, to slow paces. The right ankle is still a bit stiff but improving everyday. The scab is down to just 1 cm by 1 cm. Knee is still stiff to bend, but I can bend it 90 degrees. Should be able to do a normal speed run tomorrow - I hope.

Right ankle feels very stiff. I can bend my right knee about 30 degrees now. The run is more of a shuffle. Scab is down to 2 cm by 4 cm.
