Nice run before my Interval Aerobic class. RT=4 hrs

RT = 9 hrs. Right knee looks a bit swollen. Skin feels tight. It could be the new skin, but it looks like it's bruised. Plan to take it easy for the next couple of days.

Last of the scab has peel off. :D Knee is still a bit stiff when bending it 'all the way' - probably atrophy from not bending it much in the past 3 weeks. The run felt good - although heart rate was a bit higher (5 beats) than usual.
