Zwifting again... hard to ride after dinner and before breakfast back to back, but that's what time I have free right now.

Greater london loop, tried to stay around 250W for this one, but some fatigue from last night and slipped to 244W average. I did put in some hard efforts on the (small) hills and hit the final sprint at 610W average, so not the worst.

Tour de zwift, france stage.

Went out hard (~300 W) and found the chase group with about a dozen riders and hung with them for 1/2 the race. lost them on the small climb at the turnaround. I blame it on working out right after dinner, not being out of shape :) But found 2 other stragglers and rode with them for the 2nd half ~280W. Overall average power 294W

These zwift tours are a nice idea, fun and good to ride in a virtual group once in a while. definitely made me push a few W harder in some sections. 38 min on the stage with +12 min warm up/cool down
