Partly it went well but way too much booming. Somehow difficult to concentrate, esp. in the beginning.

After a busy and exhausting week I stocked up with a lot of sleep, chocolade and red wine. Feeling great and running was suprisingly easy. (A lot might mean something else to some people, except for concerning sleep.)

Two short tracks, first with mass-start and second as chase with 10 s start-gap. Legs too tired but I almost kept up eith the best.

A kind of training camp. Night-o in pairs, following and giving notes on every second leg.

On a busy day, after putting the kid to bed, I took a late run in the dark along the slippery roads. But it actually felt good. I think we're getting somewhere. I look forward to some real training during the holidays.

Buzy day but managed to squeeze in a short run in the dark. Difficult though.

My bones are ok but my back muscles are sore. Pain is moving from one place to another... Fairly easy to run anyway.
