Perfect run exept for that hidden flag in a tricky area were the map wasn't accurate. I lost focus at the end when I was picking those damn flies (Lipoptena cervi ) out of my hair.

Running (road) 1:00:00 [3]

Saturday Aug 19

Ballgame 1:00:00 [2]
Celebrating 50 years of rural, spontaneous, friendly, equal opportunity, self regulated assoc football. Great fun!

Wednesday Aug 16

Orienteering race 1:02:30 [3] *** 7.34 km (8:31 / km)
spiked:11/15c
Club champs. I'm not in shape. Lost a lot of time on tha last part of the course without any big navigation errors. As I focus to much on speed I loose "the flow" and end up even slower.

Monday Aug 14

Ballgame 1:30:00 [3]
(injured)
Even after the game I remember being happy to not having been injured or feeling any pain. One hour later I'm feeling pain in my knee. The pain is on the outside, below the kneecap, and I don't know what it is.

Wednesday Aug 9

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3] *** 6.1 km (10:39 / km)
spiked:9/12c
Started well enough but had some problems with directions very close to the posts. Then I navigated poorly trying to avoid a green fly-infested area and dis some extra km just for the fun of it.

Had been driving all day.

Wednesday Aug 2

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] ***
spiked:2/7c
