Selection race for Jukola with mass start and butterflies. Boomed two posts seriously for in al about 6 min. Ended up in 5 th place beating one or two guys that will run in our first team.

Sprint orienteering in more than moderate pace, carrying one child on the back and having the other run here and there, stopping, picking flowers, watching the sea, dragging her feet, getting tired, etc., etc. She's getting quite good at emit-punching, though.

Work trip to Bergen in Norway. Just having arrived I had the opportunity to go out for a run. Boy, what a wonderful city. I started by running through town, along th coastline, to Stoltzekleiven - 810 steps rising to 400+ meters. Continued over the fells to Flöyen and braked all the way back to town.

I tried to run Stoltzekleiven, but there were just too many people, it was too steep, and it was too long...
