I am at a point where I do not need to see my physical therapist. I will keep doing the PT exercises she has given me, since they've taken a life of their own in my routine. I should feel free to change or modify these exercises. I should keep doing the Aikido hip stretches in the morning as well.

The acupuncture last night was excellent. I think it's a good idea for this stage of my healing process. I am going back to the same guy on Saturday.
