Was really tired, overly tired. Took the dog for a short walk, but tried hard to just hang out.

Felt good, and accidently worked harder than I planned. Just so happy not to be overly tired on a Friday morning. Looking forward to riding new bike tomorrow.

Nice ride home. Felt good, tried not to push it. BUT, was running a little late to a dinner party so as soon as I got home I had to change and hop in the car, and didn't eat for 2 hours. You guessed it, I ended up really tired. On the bright side, at least now I'm aware of the effect of not eating even after riding a relatively short distance home.

Arrived at Thursday not dead to the world!! Felt good, but still took the day off. Didn't walk dog or anything like that.

Headwinds coming to work, so had to work harder. Felt good, but had to stop to stretch because got a little cramping in legs. Didn't work too hard on the hill to MS.

Really focused on rest. Hung out on the couch all day reading. Didn't walk dog, bike, garden, go grocery shopping. Nothing!
