A great ride to work. Felt good, perfect weather and no head wind. Didn't ride up MS hill too hard, and felt great going up the hill. After the summit, my legs felt tired. This causes me concern. If I'm tired after 13 miles and 1 hill, how am I going to do on the Eastern WA ride?

Went to bed really early last night and work up rested. Nice ride in, felt good, tiredness mostly gone. Stretched at bottom of MS hill, but didn't ride hard up the hill. Figured I better start the week easier so I don't tire myself out early on. Ate oatmeal about 30 minutes (or close to it) after getting to work.
