I started at an easy pace, and i went faster in the tchnical area's, made one mistake into control 5, i had a bad attackpoint and i was to far before i noticed my control at the right side of me. Lost one small minute there i guess. The rest of the race i took it easy doing one fast one slow and so on.
good training.

bought some wicked pair of shoes aswel (inov road xlite 155)
for sprint ofcourse...

The most ''important''race off the year , started very fast and after the 3rd control i took it easy towards the end. I saw this as a technical training. But i couldnt prevent a very big mistake at control 10: i couldnt keep running in a straight line so i ended up with my mum telling me where i was :) happends to everyone once in a while... Apart from that some minor mistakes in the oro-hydro part. I enjoyed it very much

Havin a lazyy week after sylvey5day. I feel that my achilles is on the edge of an injury so thats no good news. Therefore i must adapt my training abit.
