Running long (Snowshoe) 3:35:00 [3]

Audrey came down and we headed out to the hydro cut for a run. We weren't sure what the trails would be like so we took snowshoes just in case. Turned out we definitely needed them between the soft conditions and last nights snowfall. The run was a lot of fun except for Adam's Run which really hadn't be travelled on at all and was just a slog the whole way.

Didn't have it today. Was supposed to do intervals this morning, but after the 3rd one I was completely winded to the point where I couldn't go on. Decided to bail and did another lap at an easy pace and headed home.

We missed one control in the matrix which cost enough points to come second to a weak Aussie. Always fun running in the snow, and another great Bob Miller production.

This really hurt this morning, but was soo good at the same time. It was raining when I got up, but had stopped when I got out to run. Conditions where just perfect on the trail.

Swedish Pyramids 1-2-3-4 with 1 min off inbetween. 3 sets completed.

Was supposed to get out for a run before catching our flight to Bordeaux, but can feel the cold grabbing hold of me. Decided to rest instead in hopes this will speed up the recovery.
