On the trainer this morning. Really focused on maintaining a steady pace as I think my pace starts to slow the longer I'm on the bike. While watching newsworld I learned all about the east coast tradition of rug hooking. From watching Coupling I learned about other things one can't put up on Attackpoint.

Raid the Hammer. Pretty good race for us considering the team makeup and goals going into this. The only real big mistake was when the team let me go on my own to get 4e and I showed up at 5 still having not found it.
