Upper body only, includes 20 minutes on the hand bike. At least this gives my hip a day off. Going to the doctor tomorrow about it again.

Tried to go for a run today, got about 100m and had to turn around because of the pain in my hip.

Went down to Milton for a ride with EJ. Great ride with some great weather. Hip is feeling better, but tight now that it's 4 hours later.

Looks like the trip to the Yukon may be on hold now that Pixie wants us to go to England. She wasn't very impressed last night when she came home with great news that her and Hammer had worked out a schedule so that she can go to a conference in Europe and then go over to England for us to meet up. My response of "oh so I do have to come do I?" didn't really go over well. I can probably only do one of England or Yukon, it sounds like it will be England.

Decided to try riding the bike today in the apartement. Hip was a little sore afterwards, probably more tight then anything. We'll see how this goes.

Saw the doctor yesterday. Apparently I have sprained a muscle in my bottom. He prescribed some anti-inflammatories for me to take. Thinks it should be ok in a week.

Definitely did something yesterday. I'm able to bend a bit better, but it was still pretty sore trying to put on my socks this morning. Lots of heat/ice for the next few days.

First set of squats something went wrong as now both my hip and back are very sore and I'm finding it hard to bend. Hope this isn't to serious.....

My body is starting to stiffen up from the weight session on Monday. I guess this is to be expected since I haven't been to the gym for a while now.
