Orienteering 1:55:00 [3]

Mick and I headed up to Hilton Falls and re-ran the Long course from the Ontario's. We were right together until we went from 8-9. I think he had a better route and put a bit of a gap on me here. I also had trouble with 15 and over shot it. From 20 to the end I felt really smooth and clean. Considering this was Hilton Falls and I haven't done a lot of O lately I was really pleased with how this went.

Today was one of the times where it just feels so good to be out doing something. Took the cross bike along the grand trail to Kolb park and back. Then kept going to Lancaster. Finished it off with a short ture of Breihtupt park. A little cool out there, but really nice to be out riding on the bike.

Someone was up very early this morning as she has not adjusted to the time change like we would like. Let's just say it was early enough that I could get up with her, play with her for 2 hours, put her down for a nap and then still get out for a short run before work.
