Hit the wall on the 3rd lap, which is better than I thought I'd fair.

Out for intervals this morning. 4 min on 2 min recovery, after 4 I was done. So out of shape.

6 weeks to cram for 100 miles. Oh how this will hurt. Ran as long as I could in Homer Watson park. Ended up with 3 laps through the park was nice to run single track the whole way.

Rented a car today and headed back out to the trails. Ran a longer loop today. It actually rained for a bit on me, and was nice and cool.

Had a chance to check out the Red Rock Running company afterwards.

Finally a day where we didn't work all day and I could get some sleep overnight. 2 guys from Dolby where headed out to the Blue Diamond Trail so I tagged along and had a chance to run the trails. Definitely a lot of fun and felt good to be out running.

Patrick needed some of the flags picked up so I volunteered so that I could get a bit of a trail run in. Was nice to be out running on trails without any ice on them (tells you how long it was since my last trail run).

Alas I had to head home to pack for my next trip to Vegas knowing the next few days I'll have no time to do anything (including sleep).

Forgot my water bottle at work so this run was limited to as long as I could go without water. Given that it was 20 degrees when I started, this was about as long as I could go.

Back in Las Vegas until Sunday night. Arrived yesterday and worked until midnight. Only had time for a short workout after my morning meeting before I had to be onsite again.

30 min run on the treadmill
6 intervals 2 min each with 1 min recovery. Started at 8 mph and increased each interval by .2mph.

Trails are almost ice free, except one patch where I fell on my knee (which is nice and swollen now). Still nice to be out running in the woods, rather than busy streets.

Running along the strip in the early morning. I skipped yesterday's run hoping to get some sleep, but that really didn't happen either. Glad I got out today even if it was running on roads/sidewalks.

In Las Vega for a few days. Got up early before I had to go to work to hit the gym. Not a bad hotel gym, ended up getting a pretty good workout in.
