Leg isolation.

Sunday Dec 17

Running 20:00 [2]
Out to try running again today. Not sure the exact time, but I was able to go for a short run today. On the pain scale I'd give it a 5 out of 10 for the run. Every few foot steps I'd put my foot down differently and the pain would be greater, but then if I really focused on how I planted my foot it wasn't that bad. We'll have to see what Bill says this week.

Saturday Dec 9

Cycling 3:05:00 [3]
Out for a good ride. Road to Ashbridges bay and back, then up the Humber to Royal York and home. First 2 hours were pretty cold, but it warmed up from there.
Stretching 15:00 [1]

Thursday Dec 7

Weights 1:00:00 [1]
Upper body only.

Wednesday Dec 6

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]
After visiting Dr Bill he said there was nothing to worry about pushing to hard on the bike, so I went back to a normal trainer ride for this time of year. 30 s sprints with 3 sec off, sets of 10, 3 reps with 5 min off in between.

10 minutes of leg isolation work as well.

p.s. Thanks LeAnimal for sending me to Dr. Bill. One day later after my visit I notice a substantial improvement. He thinks it will take a few more visits to work it out, but then should be fine after that.
C • That's great! 11
