Got there a bit earlier so rode 2 laps of the course and then pedaled around.

Stage #2. Having been up way to late the night before I was worried I'd burn out today. The course ended up being shorter today and I realized I probably had too much left in the tank come the last lap. Ended up 4th today and 3rd overall in the GC. Fun two day so of cross racing. I'm soo hooked now.

good run with Audrey. We dropped 2 controls on the back map because I thought it would be tight at the finish. Turns out we had plenty of time. 2nd co-we, 4th overall.

This was supposed to be 10 by 3 min intervals. Around interval 6 my left foot started to get very sore and I couldn't continue. Not sure what caused this it's happened only one other time and back then my shoes were falling apart. Will have to see if this happens again and then I'm not sure what I do about it...
