We're away camping at Mikisew provincial park, They don't have much of a trail network here. They advertise 7 km, but I think it's much less. Ran all the trails today and some and still it only took 35 min.

Audrey and I were originally supposed to head down to Ithaca this weekend for the CNYO rogaine. Friday Audrey notified me that she was pretty sick and really couldn't do the race. Since I had been away for the last two weeks I decided that rather then go down by myself I'd stay home and actually spend some time with the family.

Glad I did as we had a really nice weekend with great weather.

Saturday afternoon the whole family headed out for a run/nap. Kristen did a good job keeping up with me even though the pace was a little faster than she's used to. I told her that since she was able to keep up that probably her normal pace needs to be a little faster.

Worked until 2 am last night so was feeling pretty tired this morning. By 9 am it was already 28 degrees outside as well. Opted for a hotel strength workout instead.

Running along the canal/river in Eindhoven. Went exploring this morning and found paved trails that run along the small river. Ended up finding some dirt tracks that seem to join different properties. Will head back there tomorrow to explore some more.
